  Clarks is a good shop. Shoes last along time very friendly staff. Lauren the team leader was very helpful and friendly. She is Manager material. Xx

  Staff are great with kids. Can get very busy especially at weekends and when schools are due to return after holidays. Staff ensure take time with kids and use Ipads to help measure kids feet. When buying first shoes for child they make child feel special and give parent photo of fitting with new shoes on.

  Although it was busy, the staff were organised, efficient and friendly. Great service.

  this is the worst clark's shop I ever been, the staff are not helpful. last time I went to get a shoes, I asked the lady for my size, however, she went and never came back, after 7 to 8 mnt another assistant came to ask me if again and I said I need such a shoes size, then she left for more that 3 mnts, finally I gave up and left the shop without getting my order. in the meantime more than 4 assistants were in the shop, it was a complete wast of time.

  The shop itself is small but very good for shopping, particular for kids. Staff are always helpful, but sometimes it could long wait. One negative experience today though: when I tried to return two pairs of shoes bought online in this shop today, two staff were very inexperienced dealing the return process causing me 20 plus minutes here.
