  My daughter had her feet measured and when the gentleman serving us put the shoes on her I was concerned that there wasn't any growing room. He assured me that they were fine and so we paid the substantial price for the shoes and went on our way. After less than six weeks of wear my daughter complained that her shoes were rubbing, and they were indeed too small. I recognise that children's feet don't grow at a regular rate but I would expect shoes to last considerably longer than six weeks, especially when I'd specifically asked for assurance that the shoes would have growing room. This is the second time that I've experienced issues with sizing in this shop. On a previous occasion my daughter was measured for shoes, found some that she liked but the assistant wouldn't sell us the shoes as she said they were too big so we went elsewhere. I won't be going back to this shop again. I need my children's feet measured properly but want shoes that have growing room!
