  Food was great and we've been here a few times now. Only grumble is that a female member of staff was a bit snippy and cheeky with me because I didn't order the hot food before ordering the salads. Wasn't aware of that and she claims she did ask if there was any hot orders but she bloody didn't! Witnessed another member of staff being, in my opinion, a wee bit snippy/cheeky to a customer when she indicated her order was wrong. Customer was mistaken but staff member could have been a bit more polite about it. I would add this same girl did go out of her way to get me brown sauce on my chips after i forgot to ask for it. The overall attitude of staff was a bit off in my opinion but I suppose we all have off days. As I say food was great and pricing is good and fair. I think we'll still go back to be fair, was just a bit surprised by the attitudes.

  The opening time is fantastic and the choice is so big. Delicius pastries, burgers and cakes. Staff are friendly and fast. Prizes are low. 🥐🥖🍰🍩🍔

  I love the different variety of food here but .... Surely the staff should be wearing hair nets to prevent hairs getting over food... Also when ordering cakes the staff just pick them up with their bare hands... Health and safety.. surely they should be wearing gloves... I was looking forward to eating my cream slice until I notice a black hair on the cream 🤮🤮 Sort it out pkease! :(

  Great place to come for hot or cold food 24hrs a day , I always pop in for food when passing, very popular so can get very busy at times but worth the wait 👌👌

  Honestly the worst customer I have ever received, all your staff were concerned about was what time they finished, after telling them we were paying separate the proceeded to tell both of us to wait for the hit food before we could pay, in that time 11 other customers were served before us, in which time all the things we wanted from the bakery we're sold. We then found out our food order was wrong and when we tried to fix it we were blamed for not telling them the right order ( the lady who served us was too busy talking about how she only had 5 minutes of her shift left and she couldn't wait to get out of there) then when we finally got the food, it was burnt. Couldn't wait to get out the place, certainly won't be back, I would consider sending your staff through some training on how to treat customers that aren't regulars! (He was treated lovely and had his order discounted and put through before everyone else in the queue)!
