::Disgusted with the babies section of this store yesterday. We went specially to Manchester for a new pair of shoes for my 20month old grandson and also a pair of Sandler for summer. Upon entering the store we were not greated even though we were stood waiting for one of the assistance to help. A young girl just stood staring at us until I said can you help please after 5 minutes. We wanted his feet measured. She then proceeded to not really know what she was doing or how to put the gauge on, took lots of time about it and concequently got my grandson upset. She then said I can't measure them when he is so upset, hes upset because youve not changed him and just stood back at the counter staring at us. I assure you my grandson gets changed several times and this was nit the reason. We have in the passed been to the lovely ladies at Warrington retail park who are Child friendly and measure children quickly and efficiently. This girl didnthat even put her thumb on his toess like the the girls at Warrington. We tried to console him and not one of the assistant came forward. When I asked one older ladies if she could measure his feet she just felt the end of his shoes and said you will get another week. We walked out of the shop with a very upset toddler, annoyed mum and dissapointed nana. I really think the staff in there should be evaluated as they are dealing with small children and should know how to measure feet quickly and acuratly and especall be child friendly. ::Great quality. At the weekends the kids that have jobs are working and the service isn't as good as it should be, but I only every buy Clarke's for a reason. I have broad feet and 8.5 UK size. I don't know anywhere else that does half sizes
