  I was stranded due to major cancellations out of Heathrow and had to stay there unexpectedly (all the cheaper hotels near the airport were all booked). Not only was the hotel beautiful, but the staff was amazing! Great service, bent over backwards for me. I would really recommend!

  My fav west London Hotel. I stay several times a month due to local work and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and modern and there’s a descent Hotel gym. The food is good, breakfast choice excellent with amazing omelettes on request and above all the range of Gins in the bar is varied and at times innovative. Excellent location for the M4, North circular and for the tube via Gunnersbury.

  The exec rooms are nice and clean. Bathroom was amazing and prob the best part of the whole room. Staff at check in was nice and pleasant. However checkout women seemed to be having a difficult day as when asked for help with our bags to be put in car I was told to take it myself as there wasn't anyone around. How unprofessional! I ended up dragging the trolley full of our luggage and suits to the basement floor car park on my own. For this reason wouldn't want to stay there again. Hire more staff

  I use this hotel fairly frequently, it’s clean and reliable. Rooms in the newer wing are the nicest, spacious, well presented and comfortable at a reasonable price. The older part of the hotel (above reception/bar/restaurant) are still okay, just starting to show signs of age and not quite as nice. I would definitely recommend the hotel for anyone looking for an comfortable place to stay in London that isn’t going to cost the earth. Short ride on the tube and your in the centre, perfect!

  What a beautiful hotel and so big! We used a conference room and it was outstanding. Great facilities, helpful staff and really up-to-date modern decor. Would definitely use again and recomend!
