  The worst threading ever. I got my eyebrows done today. It took the lady about 1 minute to do both. I could not see properly when she handed me the tiny mirror. When I came back home I realised half of the hair is still there. This was my second time there and first time was equally bad.

  Worst manicure I've ever had. I feel like they massacred my nails and cuticles. I grew my nails specifically so they could be shaped, but despite saying I wanted to keep the length the lady who started on my nails (and who clearly didn't usually do nails which I could tell from how awkwardly she handled the boards and my hands) shaped them really unevenly. This meant that that the lady who arrived at work late and took over (much to the relief on the first lady's face) had to take more length off to even them up and take off all the jagged edges that the first lady had left. Nails ended up short. The lady who continued on my nails took off too much cuticle and when buffing my nails buffed all the skin around the cuticle leaving the skin rough and broken which it didn't look like before. To be honest I chose a bad colour but the application was poor and started quite far away from the cuticle giving it the look that it was an old manicure that had grown out. I had to ask her to correct it but the overall result didn't look manicured at all. Which is a shame as that is exactly why you pay for someone to do it. So that it looks professional, neat and tidy. Could have done a better job at home!!! So disappointed.

  £50 hour Swedish Massage - Service was mediocre and I was still in pain after the session was over. I emailed Cleo Clinic expressing my unhappiness and I was ignored. Their customer service isn't great and the massage wasn't great either. Do not waste your money here!

  I went for a shellac mani. They use cheap nail products (bluesky). And the lady who did my nails although did her best she was not professionally trained. I was a walk in and the nail technician was fully booked so another lady offered to do my nails. I think she thought she was doing me a favour but I really could have done better myself. I will never return or recommend. I wish they just said they were fully booked and couldn’t do it. My nails are such a state it will cost me more to fix them.

  I went one week ago. Just don't go there. Not professional, not clean. It was my first wax on my leg, so I screamed a little bit and the women wasn't comprehensive when it was hurting me. She was like upset ... And she was looking like completely bored about her job and not nice with me. Also she gave me a towel completely disgusting. All the staff was talking another language and laughing front of me... unrespectfull !!! It was staying some hair on my leg. Very bad experience !!!
