::Left an Xbox game in console by mistake. I called the owner off Click99 explaining this. The owner wrote on the Xbox that game was inside. Once the Xbox was repaired I went to collect it and the game was missing. The owner of Click99 explained that he will call the company which fixed the Xbox and ask them about the game. The owner stated that he will call me back. It as now been 2 weeks and no call back. The most annoying part off this is now Click99 have somewhat blocked my number. Will be taking further. So future customers BEWARE!!!!

::My daughter took her phone here to get repaired. When she got it it wasnt working properly. So she rang them and said she was going on holdiay for 3 weeks and couldnt bring it in until she got back. The man tbat repairs the phones said ok no priblem. When she came back they wouldnt even acknowledge they had said come in they just kept saying why have u come in 3 weeks later. Ther customer services is a joke. Even when tbey repair phones tbey dont know what ther doing. A bunch of jokes in my opinion. Used to be ok people but have changed. God knows why.

::I recently took my PC in to Click99 as it wouldn't power down or go to sleep. The chap in the shop was happy to take a look at it, quoting a fair price. The investigations took a lot longer than I was originally told as the problem wasn't straight forward at all. During that time I didn't really feel like I was kept in the loop very well, instead I had to call up several times for an update. Better communication would be great. However, the man in the shop really did seem very knowledgeable and capable, admitting that he needed to send the laptop to a specialist when he drew a blank. After about 10 days they both admitted defeat. I was satisfied that they had tried their hardest and was happy to pay a token amount to cover the cost of their time, however, they wouldn't accept any money which was nice. I'd say Click99 was a great place to go for 90% of computer problems, unfortunately this time my PC was in the 10% but I was still happy with the service - more frequent updates would be great.

::Avoid this shop. I purchased a mac book air charger which stopped working within 3 months. Despite having a receipt they refused to acknowledge they had sold it. Dishonest at worst incompetent at best.
