  I have used Clifton's for many years. I'm now on my third home and have used them every time!! Fantastic service from start to finish. I understand that they are a family business and there care and attention to detail is nothing less that perfect. The selection is vast and if you cant find it here - you wont find it!!! After calling into there store on the High Street in Harborne I was greeted by wonderful staff, who know there stuff!! They directed and advised me and suggested I take advantage of there Sample Loan service and follow up with a Home Consultation - I booked this in store. Yasmin called out and measured and advised us on what would suit our room, but never once strayed from the style of our home, only what would suit our window, style and budget!! We went the whole way and even took advantage of there great upholstery service too.. All the goods were installed a few weeks after I ordered and they are superb!! I would not hesitate to recommend Clifton Textiles and there team. Becky

  Because I needed bespoke curtains fitted and made I called Clifton Textiles to arrange a home visit. I spoke to a lady who sounded in a bit of a hurry, but offered me a home visit for Tuesday the 22nd of March 2016 - and said she would put this date in the diary for a 5.45pm appointment. I can't recall exactly who she said would attend my home address, but I do remember she said it was a female colleague whose name began with a Y. Because this was the only day they told me they had available for a home visit I cancelled taking my father out for a meal and duly waited in on the evening of the 22nd. However no-one from Clifton Textiles showed, or even bothered to call to let me know they weren't coming. I thought this was incredibly rude and I called the shop the next day to find out what happened. I rang their number three times and nobody answered. Because they didn't turn up when they promised, didn't contact me to apologise, and didn't answer the phone when I tried re-contacting them I lost all faith and trust in them. Based on my experience I would not recommend shopping with them, because they seem dis-organised, rude and short-staffed.
