  I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for the absolutely fantastic service you provided when I needed repairs to my 3 garden gates. Your contractor was superb. He arrived at 8am precisely, was highly professional and the standard of work was exceptional – far in excess of those that had fitted the gates initially. My gates have never looked so good. Furthermore, the job was organised very efficiently by your Maintenance Manager and the communication was excellent. I have learned a valuable lesson that quality of service and craftsmanship are worth paying for and you will now always be my first port of call for home maintenance. I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone requiring domestic or commercial maintenance as the service you delivered ran like clockwork.

  Property handed over without cleaning after the previous tenant. There was food and broken drawers in frigde and freezer, water from the defrosted fridge all over the kitchen floor, cupboard door on the floor instead of been repaired, a missing light bulb that we replaced and they refused to pay for it, bathroom was completely disgusting, toilet seat broken. There was an inspection on the property for the inventory few days before the hand over and clearly there was no reason for excuses. EPC inaccurated because it is 9 years old and after a ruge bill to keep only a room warm over the winter, they said it was high usage which was not but we left it behind since people like this has a life time to learn and life always charges the fair price. We handed over the property in the end of the tenancy and the deposit should be fully refunded. After a month we had to chase them up, because once again, they neglected their duty and needed prompting to realise our deposit. We request the landlord contact details to report the poor management but against the law they refused to give it to us. And they rate themselves on Facebook 5 stars, lol Should the rates be done by clients? They are a joke!
