  Overall, we had a really great experience with Clyde in Stirling from the valuation through to viewings and Sales. Dealt mainly with Julie and she was so great offering advice and suggestions when we needed them. Clyde did some of our viewings when we were on holiday as well which really helped us get our property sold. Thanks again!

  Great service from the first meeting with Wendy when I needed help and advice on selling my parents house. We then met with Oliver who was knowledgeable about the market and arranged the marketing and sale of the house in a very professional way.   Thanks to Julie, Branch Manager and her combination of professionalism and personal attention we were pleased we chose Clyde as the estate agents for the sale of our house. Also like to make special mention of viewing agents, Louise and Ken who similarly provided a high standard of service. We did experience some minor but frustrating issues with Clyde's communication and coordination issues, but found staff to be responsive when they were made aware of this. We are therefore happy to recommend Clyde as estate agents for the Stirling area.

  We tried Purple Bricks thinking (and being assured) that it would sell quickly, but in the 8 months or so that it was on the market, only had 4 viewers. Julie Martin from Clyde Properties came along and injected all her energy and expertise into getting the interest going, and a few weeks later, together with the enthusiastic input from her great team, the house has been sold to a lovely young family, which is what the house needs. Can't thank Julie and the whole team enough for making it happen xx
