  Was told my item would be repaired and ready for pick up on a Friday. I called, was told item not ready yet, next job on the list. Called again Monday only to be told owner was away until Thursday and item still not ready. Very luckily for me, the guy who was covering for him repaired my item within a couple of hours.

  Fantastic service. This guy really knows his stuff, I had my Loake shoes re soled and I ended up with what look like a new pair of shoes! I would certainly recommend Cobblers to you!

  Disgusted at the customer service, and never will go back. Upon the realization the staff member had made several copies of the wrong key, i returned only to be told he was not to blame, and refused to amend the problem, costing me £8.97 for three useless keys.
