One star only because I have to to review My partner booked me in here for a massage and floatation tank session. when I arrived I was taken downstairs to a waiting area. I was informed that the lady who would be doing my massage was running abit late. No big deal I wasn't in a hurry. The receptionist was nice enough and asked if I would like some tea, coffee or water while I waited to which I said I would like a tea and thanked her. She disappeared upstairs and I was left to take in the surroundings. I was sat on a two seated sofa with coffee table and magazines in front of me. There were three rooms, one for the massage and the other two were the floatation rooms . one of which was occupied. The receptionist reappeared and handed me a scratchy old looking towel robe with threads hanging off of it and bleach marks on the sleeves. no tea either and it never came. The whole of the downstairs looked worn and in desperate need of an uplift. Then the massage therapist came out and asked me to come inside. The first thing I saw was the massage couch with all her belongings piled up underneath it. she left and I got changed. no consultation so with little words or information exchanged she began the massage. It was meant to be a deep tissue massage but it wasn't even a Swedish massage. I'm sure she had no clue what she was doing. There was no flow just a bit here then abit there During the treatment if you cant call it that, the woman kept yawning which made it clear that she couldn't be bothered to do a half decent job. As I lay there looking through the face hole in the couch I could see her facing away from me leaning on the couch with one leg crossed over the other ankle probably looking out the window yawning while she had one hand half heartedly rubbing my neck. it was so ridiculous I almost laughed! After I asked her what massage medium she had used and she handed me a small tub with a sticker that showed it was really out of date! I thought about leaving but hoped that the floatation experience would be worth while. The room was so disgusting and I could hear the people outside who sounded drunk. The plaster was falling off the walls the floor looked like it needed a good steam clean. I went into the floatation tank and looked around as I felt like I didn't want to touch anything. There were black scum marks leaking from the screws of the tank into the water and slimy residue around the edges. The inflatable neck cushion I was given still had salt marks and scum marks on the black plastic. That was it I left the establishment and I paid for the massage only because I didn't complain straight after I left the room. This place is seriously slack on cleaning between each person its so unclean. You will not have a relaxing experience here. When I left I felt so dirty. I couldn't even bring myself to rinse off in their shower I drove home and washed immediately yuk!

Absolutely amazing! I now feel a million times lighter! Like the world is no longer on my shoulders! Staff at Cocoon were so warm and friendly and the lady explained everything thoroughly to me pre floating which made me feel so at ease. The massage that followed was also amazing, one of the very best massages I've had to date and the therapist was so lovely. All in all a wonderful experience! THANKYOU so much!

Booked a float session. Arrived and was led to the room. No lock on door. So anybody can walk in and steal your belongings while you float. Not that it was a problem. When I saw how dirty the water was I immediately got dressed again and headed out. There was a shiny layer of scum on the surface and a lot of hairs. Horrendous. Got my refund from a silent girl on reception. Don't go folks! It's cheaper for a reason.
