  Previously had an alright hair cut here but they absolutely ruined my hair the second time. My hair is all uneven lengths (not as in layers either) , it is absolutely crazy I can't get over how bad it is! They know nothing about types of hair and how to cut them. Actually considering either getting a crop or hair extensions to get rid of the mess they made. Worst hair cut I've had in about 13 years!

  Kirsty listens to what I want. I always walk away with a spring in my step and an emergency "DO" hasn't been a problem upto now. Fingers crossed.
