  THIS IS NOT A FEMALE ONLY GYM***** I joined complexions female only gym due to religious and confidence issues but was left very disappointed as this isn't the case ... firstly there is always a man behind the main desk in the gym area which made me feel very uncomfortable as he constantly watches u all the time ... secondly there are men walking through the main gym area going into a back room... I asked at the desk why this was and apparently they are running a massage area for men aswell which I find very inappropriate as this is supposed to be A FEMALE ONLY GYM ???? How seedy ... onto the actual gym very outdated equipment,very little knowledge from instructors and shower room and showers were dirty and not well looked after... it's a shame really as I had hoped to find a female only environment to get fit but found this place to be far from it and left extremely disappointed... please also look at the review I put on Facebook and see how I was spoken to on there by staff and members ....

  Whilst the staff at complexions are very friendly and helpful. There presence in the actual gym is little to non existent. Subsequently gym attendees often get no assistance or guidance using equipment. There is times there is only 1 member of staff in the gym, who is inconveniently taking a class. For the high cost of gym membership there in comparison to more facilitated establishments the customer service is an utter failure. Service has most definitely deteriorated. I hope my constructive feedback does prompt future improvement.

  Complexions is an excellent gym. The staff are always warm and welcoming. The service users are friendly too.
