  amazing place. really good communication, fast process and really friendly staff. great prices too, almost £100 cheaper than Apple! I live quite far away so it took me a while to get there, the staff fixed mine immediately so i didnt have to make the journey twice in one day, i'm really impressed with this place.

  i had broken the casing on my dell laptop. The guys at Compuwave were crystal clear about how long it would take to get new parts, it didn't take as long as expected. Customer service was top notch, friendly, chatty, professional.

  After being told by a few shops that my Mac book couldn’t be fixed I’d pretty much given up, decided to give compuwave a go and they only went and bloody fixed it! I’m so pleased! Really nice guys and I’d thoroughly recommend them.

  I CANNOT PRAISE THIS COMPANY ENOUGH. ALWAYS WILLING TO ASSIST ME ON THE LAST MINUTE WHEN I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH MY LAPTOP AND CAN GET THE JOB DONE FAST AS THEY UNDERSTAND I USE THE LAPTOP FOR WORK! FRIENDLY AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND REASONABLE WITH THERE PRICES. I WOULD NEVER THINK OF GOING ANYWHERE ELSE AS THEY HAVE HELPED ME SO MUCH. THEY ARE LIKE THE LAPTOP DOCTORS OF BRISTOL. THANKS GUYS. YOU ARE GREAT AND HAVE SAVED ME MANY A TIME. EVEN LENDING ME A CHARGER LEAD AND WOULD HAVE LENT ME A LAPTOP THATS HOW TRUSTING THERE ARE WITH THERE CLIENTS. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

  I accidentally splashed water on my new laptop; I brought the laptop in the next day to be checked. Once they had a look at it they called me a few hours later to let me know nothing was damaged and that once its dry and they test it, I can come and pick it up. I collected my laptop the next day and it is working perfectly. Great communication and a fast and professional service! Totally recommend them!
