  Possibly the worst agency. Arrogant beyond belief, ignore instructions and think they can put who they like in your property. For any prospective tenant their fees are extortion!

  Terrible service start to finish. Useless company, incapable of even the most basic assistance when needed. Even on the day we moved in initially they messed up the paperwork and left us hanging for hours before finally handing over the keys. Also their rep told me the place had parking (it didn't), it took them three months to repair a washing machine, they apparently do not keep a spare set of keys for their properties so if you lose a set you're screwed and when the front door handle broke off (major security issue) I called immediately and had no response for five days. It took calling the actual landlord to get it sorted. This place should be shut down and the management responsible for the numerous problems, lack of transparency and deeply inept attitudes of their staff should be held to account and fired immediately. Do not even dream of buying or letting a house through Connells. You will instantly regret it I can promise you.

  I made an enquiry for a £500,000 property and was greeted,by telephone,by a non-English speaking female who informed me she was working from home and would email me the particulars. She had no idea where the property was or who would deal with it and I have heard nothing. I feel for the unfortunate clients attempting to sell their property and confirms the belief that the specialist "upmarket" agents [Stags/Langs/Cummings] are successful for a reason. Connells should stick to their niche first time buyer lower priced property and leave the professionals to the luxury market.
