  Terrible! Our mortgage agreement was sent to the house we were trying to purchase. We were sent someone else's paperwork. We moved to our new house in December 2016 and after waiting over a YEAR for our land registry documents, I rang to find out they had sent them to our old address. Incompetent needless to say!

  Buying a new build in newquay, I was recommended coodes by the housing company. Never using them again. Absolutely appalled with how I've been spoken to over the last 7 or so months. For the money it's costing me and my partner, I would expect nothing but perfection from them. Receptionist is lovely though!

  never returned my calls and when the solicitors assistant did answer I felt like I was being fobbed off - really disappointed
