  My partner and I and two of our friends and their baby stayed at the Waterside property for a week. From the moment we picked up the phone to Cornish Gems they were nothing but courteous and helpful. Helping us chose the right property for our needs, ensuring that we had a highchair ect for the baby.The property itself was gorgeous and was obviously kept to a very high standard. We had essentials waiting for us, the main thing for me was tea! Would definitely use this company again for our holiday and have recommended it to our friends

  I have been with Cornish Gems for over three years, prier to them I was with another agent. My reason for swiching to Cornish Gems was their reputation of commitment and professionalism to both myself and our clients who book though them which my previous agent was lacking. I have been extremely impressed by their commitment, on going work and I hope to stay with them for many years to come. I have recommended Cornish Gems to several of my freinds who have all now switched their holiday homes to them and they are all over the moon with all that Cornish Gems have to offer.

  Amazing - I took my partner to stay in a Cornish Gems property in St Ives last November and I must say I was delighted with the overall stay and experience - we had a fantastic wkend. The property was 5* and in a fab location overlooking the harbour, and was also very clean, bright and easy to find (and looked exactly like the online photos - which were spot on). The Gems expert team looked after us by providing clear useful information prior to arrival, and following up with us to make sure we had everything we needed on day 1. I found Cornish Gems to be a really lovely and very professional company to use for our holiday, and one I have already highly recommended to friends, colleagues and family. We'll definitely be booking our Cornwall and/or Devon holiday with them again. Thanks!
