  We were Cornwall Homeseeker tenants for 18 months. They were always happy to help and dealt with problems efficiently. For example, when our oven broke they jumped to the rescue and arranged for an engineer to fix the problem within 48 hours. I would highly recommend Cornwall Homeseekers for tenants.

  Communication with Cornwall Homeseekers was non-existent from the beginning. Multiple emails received no reply to this day. Calls were all met with the impression nobody knew what was going on. Despite lots of prompting, the property I was interested in was rented before I could view it as the whole process of getting an appointment was so bungled. Still haven't seen it. Wouldn't take it if they gave it away. Gave them 10 minutes leeway on an appointment, maybe they were stuck in traffic. After calling they again say they'll ring back, nothing. Finally someone arrives to say that not only can we not view the property as it wasn't arranged with the tenants, but the property has been rented already. The viewing was arranged a week in advance. At no point were we informed about any of this. Both had to take a day off work to be messed around. On a related note, if anyone at Cornwall Homeseekers has any pride in their job or any care for customers, if you want someone to do this job better than these guys I saw a bird on TV using a twig as a tool the other day.

  Outstanding estate agents to say the least. A lot of people look at young people who want to rent and make it incredibly difficult with regards to age and creditably but they were very willing to give us a chance. We would not have managed to rent without them because of the extortionate fees everywhere else! Fees were exactly as they were stated, yes sometimes they took a bit of prompting but if you're really interested in a property for let you have to do that anyway!! Considering the fact we don't live anywhere near the office they were very accommodating and kept in contact with us through email and phone at all times.

  Don't bother! Left my details with these guys as I found a property I liked. They explained that it wasn't ready for viewings just yet. Waited a couple of weeks and phoned back, they took my details again and said they'd phone me when it was ready. Phoned back after another couple of weeks and guess what? House had gone!

  We spent the better part of four years renting from Cornwall Homeseekers. The property we lived in was not fit for purpose. The roof leaked at the back of the house through a light fixture, and there was such a mould problem that we had to throw out many personal belongings. At no point did Cornwall Homeseekers address our concerns. When we did move out, it took us months to get our deposit back, with one employee being particularly difficult. Dealing with Cornwall Homeseekers was consistently frustrating. I would recommend looking elsewhere for property rental.
