  Not impressed, although the place was admittedly very busy service was poor, ordered a hot chocolate with marshmallows and cream, the *maestro* forgot the marshmallows and splodged some cream on my chocolate, poor presentation, poor service, the drink did taste ok though.

  Costa is what it is. Overpriced but decent hot drinks and a decent little pit stop when strolling round Teesside park. It's in a great location because it is bang in the middle of the shops. It is usually hugely busy so expect a bit of a wait but not bad all in all.

  Nice coffee, felt a bit of an inconvenience to the staff as they were clearing down the store an hour before it closed. Spoons were pitched onto the tray with a scowl! The counter looked like a bomb had gone off. It's nice to be nice

  The cleanliness and friendliness have gone out of the window of late! I used to drink lattes, they were my favourite but now have tea as the coffee tastes like the bottom of a dirty ashtray smells. My friend and i used to call in every day of the week for a latte but now we struggle to come in once a week! As the staff have changed so has the atmosphere, slowly all the best staff have gone and the new staff are just not as friendly.
