  Untidy tables, messed up our order and when I complained to the 'manager' she was rude, unprofessional and seemed very uninterested in anything I said. I think her and some other members of staff need more training in customer service or to leave personal matters at home. Since contacted head office and am taking it from the there. Service with a smile wouldn't get a miss either!

  Excellent example of how a Costas should be. Covered seating outside, bright and airy inside. And the flat white was one of the best I've had this side of Sydney 😀

  It is placed in good location but they always miss with your order , I don't know why but I've faced it many times .
