  How do they get the mozzarella sliced so thin that you can't even taste it in the filling, not good. Prompt service decent hot chocolate, just put filling in the sandwiches so you can taste more than just bread,☹️

  Bit cramped even by coffee chain standards, small seating area with a lot of chairs crammed in. Good standard of service though and drinks as good as ever.

  Major underestimation of popularity was made here. The serving area is cramped like a hobbit hole and the seating is limited by the mall itself. But food and service usual good standard.

  Staff are very friendly. Nice spot to watch the world walk by. Ordered a coffee, caramel & fudge drink and a sandwich and they brought it over to our table promptly
