  Nice coffee but sometimes a little on the weak side, not the cheapest either but this place is comfortable and has a nice relaxing atmosphere.

  5* Customer service! I work for a Recruitment Business - Axis Recruitment, we're based at St Pauls Square and a number of our colleagues visit St Pauls Costa on a daily basis and are always impressed with the level of customer experience the staff in this branch provide! They remember our previous orders and often make suggestions for new ones! Special mention to Sophie who let me try a sample of the coconut milk mixed with sugar free caramel before I bought it!

  Friendly and speedy service. Busy morning, lunch and end of work day but quite and welcoming outside of these times.

  Pleasant staff, the usual very decent food and good coffee. Need to get the main entrance door fixed though as it is both difficult to open and doesn't close properly after anyone so quite drafty and chilly at this of year, winter. Has been like this for many months too!
