  I have always had great coffee from Costa up and down the UK and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone. But I was very surprised and impressed when I wasn't charged for a large cup of hot water for me to make my own specialist tea. It was above my expectations and is a very nice gesture from a national company. This is something that should be adopted by all national chain coffee brands
