::I love this branch of Costa. Its always clean and tidy no matter how busy it is, you can see the pride that goes into this establishment. The staff are really friendly and chatty, I feel as if I know them all personally, and they always remember my order. I feel as if this coffee shop gives off an old fashioned pub vibe, the kind where all the locals get together to have a catch up, there's a real sense of community. I was really pleased to see Alex has been taken on here, he previously worked at another establishment and I had cause to comment on his superb customer service skills back then too; it's fantastic to see him in his element here as well. Point of note: there's Costa expresses everywhere, and whilst they serve their purpose, nothing beats a handmade coffee from the store. The machines are calibrated daily to ensure the best flavour and quality, and the large really is a large (in the garage, their large is an in-store medium size). Highly recommended.

::The only franchise in Rugeley. A nice large coffee shop with the usual Costa drinks and food stuffs. Friendly and helpful staff. The barista actual tookbsome time to construct the drinks, instead of throwing them together as quick as he could. This is a big positive for me. It almost gave it the feel of an inderpendent coffee shop. But it was not very busy so thie experience might be differnt then. On the whole a good experience

::Found this Costa on a walkabout in Rugeley. It's in a quiet, pedestrianised area. The interior is bright with a mix of normal and soft seating. The service is good and the coffee is great. I felt that the interior and exterior tables could have been cleared a bit quicker. To my mind, a 4-star Costa - but then, as you know - I'm picky.
