  Very unhappy with my today’s experience. Walked in this morning as I was on the way to work. I asked lady at the counter for a medium hot chocolate with mint syrup I was more than happy to pay extra as it is my requirement. I was told that they can’t do it as it is a Christmas drink. I told the lady that last time I asked, they served me without a problem. Then she said that they don’t have any mint syrup which was a lie since I saw the syrup standing on the shelf right behind her. I am aware of this drink to be a Christmas drink but since I know they CAN do it but didn’t want to. Customer service for me today 1 star. I am a paying customer I have left a lot of money in Costa shops and getting treated like this is unacceptable. Christmas drink or not, charge me your extra for whatever I’m asking and serve me my god damn drink!

  Not very relaxing couldn't find anywhere to sit and when we found somewhere to sit it was crammed in too close to the other people and their conversations which gave me a headache

  I asked for a lindt hot chocolate and it tasted like a normal hot chocolate which was like i could of brought that 4 pounds cheapier than buyingn something with a diffrenet name Toilets have to shair men and woman only 1 at a time but never cleaned either urine or a leeky pipe as spillae allways on floor big toilets space for what it is its directly infront of staires ehich is danger hazord as stares are slim and narrow
