  This Costa advertises as having Wi-Fi, but it doesn't work. It has been like this for months now. Why advertise something when you don't have it. It is misrepresentation. We should all vote with our feet and go elsewhere. Tried again today - still no WiFi - I should have voted with my feet. PLEASE PLEASE NERO COME BACK

  I have always been a regular customer at the costa in kilburn but I have stopped going in there because the service has been so bad. Today I was passing & I thought I would try the white hot chocolate I paid for it to be then told there is no cream. There young lady who was making the drinks had such an attitude. I told said that I would have a latte instead & was then refunded the difference. I was having coffee in the cafe but was not given a soon. When I asked for a spoon I was told there wasn't any. The customer in front of me gave me one of there spoons. I won't be coming back to the Kilburn costa coffee again. The service is as bad as ever the girls can not cope with it being busy. You need either more staff or experienced staff. As for the latte I did not enjoy it.

  Good for takeaway coffee. Wouldn't sit in again. Used the toilet facilities and it wasn't pleasant to say the least.

  Good service, friendly staff. Why only soy milk as a substitute? What about coconut or almond milk?

  Normally love costa but this branch lets the side down! Slowest service, with the doziest staff.
