  Lovely hot coffee. Good food. Very busy so can be a bit noisy. Need to do something about the shop door banging.

  Great cup of cortado coffee but very week pot of tea even after continued stirring

  Good coffee served by great staff. Bad policy of not serving glasses on a saucer. Something to do with saving napkins. There could be a hygiene problem when the spoon you are handed has to be put down on an unclean surface whilst sugar is added.

  Lots of helpful and friendly staff that work hard to keep it clean and tidy. It's often pretty busy but staff work hard to make sure you are not waiting too long. I normally opt for a flat white but fancied a hot chocolate this week so tried to the billionaires hot chocolate (Christmas special) I didn't actually get much of a look in as my 6 year old took a liking for it! It's my favourite place to get a flat white in Bicester and I have tried a few places!! ☕☕
