  Costa shops are the most likely to be adequately heated but this one was not quite warm enough and a bit draughty.

  I'm not a fan of Costa in general I find the coffee too milky and sweet but the drive thru is convenient

  Dissapointed to say the least, took ages in the queue and didn’t even get acknowledged when I was waiting for my drink politely. The blonde haired boy seemed too busy else where to even say anything to me, shall not be coming here again

  Poor service and attitude. Called at the drive through and ordered a Lindt Hot Chocolate. Waited for more than 10 minutes. Received my drink while the staff chatted amongst themselves. Drove out onto the one-way system to discover that I had been given a MINT hot chocolate (disgusting drink). Drove back around the one-way system and walked in. Spoke to a senior member if staff who thought it was amusing (!). She prepared another drink but this was lukewarm. I explained this and had a pitiful response that any warmer and it ruins the chocolate. I've had this drink in about 6 other outlets and on those occasions it was HOT! sort yourselves out Costa.
