::Non automatic door that opens outwards, almost battering me. Ordered coffee to go and it was given to me in a cup, when I put them right they tried to pour I to a takeaway cup, when I asked for a fresh one the manager was very rude. I also had a bacon roll which was very fatty and clearly a cheap cut of bacon. The layout is ridiculous tables and chairs have been thrown in, very limited space to move with a tray of hot drinks. The whole building for a relatively new one is generally filthy, floors dirty, tables and chairs dirty, walls and fittings dusty and dirty. Behind the counter crumbs everywhere and generally dirty. Tables left uncleaned for along time. Toilets were unclean. Staff and management rude. If you don't want to work here change your job. On the whole an awful example of the costa franchise.

::Awful. A brand new building, they had loads of flexibility on how to make such a large space great... and it's a shambles. The quality of the coffee/food/etc is the same as every Costa everywhere (and they are literally everywhere... just turn around in this store and you'll see another one! Not enough? Go to the drive thru, just a minute down the road!) The layout is atrocious, the entrance consists of non-automatic doors that require pressing a large button to open... this button is for wheelchair users for apparent easy access... yet I cannot understand how it is any easier than automatic sliding doors on sensors.... why is this an issue? Because there's insufficient space to queue, so people are often standing in the doorway, with the non-automatic doors repeatedly smacking them as they try to close. Also really stupid for both customers and staff carrying trays full of glasses and hot liquid... make them hold it one-handed as they try and push the button! Seen staff drop trays on more than one occasion and customers cream face first into the doors they expected to open!! There is no space at all for wheelchair users or pushchairs once inside, the queue 'flow' ends in narrow gaps with customers having to weave between tables to exit... hard enough on two feet, but with a chair or crutches? Impossible. As is the Costa way, insufficient or possibly uninterested, unmotivated staff, so the place is always filthy and tables left stacked with trays where people have moved them in an attempt to free space. Swing and a miss.

::Another coffee shop. No complaints. Best busy at weekends
