  Coffee shop good, nice coffee and panini nice. 2 stars knocked off for the dreadful dirty toilets!

  I go to lots of coffee shops especially Costa, but this is the worst of the lot. Staff are not friendly or welcoming like most other Costas. Toilets never clean. Very poor experience. If you want a decent coffee in Queensgate with a smile and made to feel welcome go to Pret.

  even if you are setting in they will still serve you with takeaway cups.

  Went today Toilets where absolutely minging, staff where not at all bothered about hygiene of them makes me think about what hygiene standards they have when making the coffee 🤢🤢

  Bar Caffè situato nel Centro commerciale queens gate. La catena Costa è molto conosciuta in Inghilterra. Caffè, capuccino, cake ed ottimi divani.
