  Stayed in coffee, did get all the coffee and cakes in take away wrapping and where even short 2 pieces. After complaining they said, we got already one. Thanks for that service. Won’t recommend if staff does not know what they are doing. Spent 2£ for something I did not receive.

  Great coffee, like the reusable cups you use these days, like the charity work they do (more businesses should do and publicize work like this). Now to bring charity back home as well and create great working conditions and links to the local community. Come on Costa!

  A convenient location, where I come fairly regularly for lunch. However, the unfriendliness of the staff I’ve experienced today may make me think twice about visiting again - my coffee, toastie and mere presence seemed to be a complete inconvenience. I’d suggest some basic people skills are a necessity in the service industry.

  Πολύ ζεστό περιβάλλον, με τεράστια ποικιλία από πίτες, brownies, cookies, φρέσκους φυσικούς χυμούς & αρκετά μεγάλη ποικιλία από Ροφήματα: lattes, cappuccinos, σοκολάτες, τσάγια κλπ! Τη χριστουγεννιάτικη περίοδο υπάρχουν έξτρα Ροφήματα, όπως latte με gingerbread, latte honeycomb κλπ! Αξίζει τον κόπο μια στάση

  Classic coffee and a great relaxed atmosphere to study, in the middle of a bookshop. Great location on Trafalgar Square, although being on the 1st floor any views of the square are obscured. There's an abundance of tables - there will always be somewhere to sit comfortably. It seems to often be hot up there, though. There is a bathroom, it's hidden also on the 1st floor on the opposite side of the cafè. And there is a single outlet to charge your things - it's on the pole next to the stairs.
