  The only staff member who gave me a great customer service was Ramil all the rest of the staff tried to give me a burned croissant and were annoyed when I complaint. Ramil was the only one who apologised and changed my burned croissant for a new one!

  Spacious. Extra seating downstairs. Very fast and kind service. The WC is clean.

  Costa Coffee or Corvfee is the 27th best Italian coffee house in town! Positives Great coffee Friendly staff Free copy of the Guardian Negatives: No you go next door for them I think.

  Over-priced. Questionable cleanliness. Don't visit the toilet unless you happen to fancy peeing on the floor as seems to be the fashion here.

  Go here quite often. It is always busy yet you never have to wait long. The staff are efficient when serving but never seen able to clean the tables fast enough.
