  I make call to Coventry city council keep holding for 26 minuets still no answer, audio keep playing we are very busy keep waiting. Useless service. We know you busy to chatting, social media and making tea and smoking. And we are working people using our lunch break to holing you call for more than 26 minuets. It’s very very poor. Unbelievable and horrible experience with you. I don’t know what the our political leader doing who asking to vate them for council elections. Very very disappointing.

  I had the misfortunate to get lost in the centre of Coventry somewhere near the ring road....... and within 30 minutes was captured by the beady eyed traffic camera, that clearly works and was issued with 4 parking tickets. I came to drop my nephew off from London to Coventry University - my good deed for the week. I called and spoke to a wonderful lady called Charlene! Common sense prevailed and 3 or my 4 tickets were cancelled and I paid for one. I had come up from London and was not familiar with the area, so ended up driving round in circles. Thank you very much indeed once again Charlene, I hope your department knows what an asset they have in you.!

  Very long hold, about an hour I think, followed by dealing with VERY short tempered staff at the other end was not a good combination. Calling and asking for help to have someone immediately raise their voice at you is not professional. Will be calling again soon and update my review if the second encounter is more positive.

  Very poor service. Was on hold for a long time as having a real issue with getting through to a certain council department about a very important issue. I explained the telephone number I had been going to voice mail all day. The customer services lady said she would check the number for me. She put me through to the voicemail and hung up on me!!!!!! Ridiculous - pathetic customer service and a complete waste of time.
