  A very impressive shop in close proximity to Waterloo station. Friendly staff though a bit of wait time to be seen, particularly at weekend. A very good selection of bathroom furniture and fittings, however their display is mostly higher end items from their website and the rest shown in a catalogue. A friendly ordering process and items got delivered as promised. We have yet to have them fitted by the plumber so I cannot commend on the actual quality of the items purchased yet.

  If you like the individual pieces that buy them That where the 1 star comes from. The 4 other stars are lost due to a 'custom made' shower unit with 2mm gaps between seal and glass! Absolutely shameless/frameless who made the unit came back out and said we have to adjust the seal between showers!

  Brilliant selection of state of the art bathroom products, I have used them time and time again, continually challenged them to provide a solution and they've never let me down once and in most cases bettered the original idea ! They are all nice guys, nothing is ever a problem, I honestly can't speak highly enough of the customer service, (shop elsewhere at your peril) - Highly recommended !

  Nice large showroom, but much room for improvement on the customer service side: We called ~12 showrooms around London and asked if they have a very specific bath cabinet on display. C.P. Hart was the only one who couldn't bother checking and said "We might - we might not!" ... :(
