  I spent 1hr in shop drawing out exactly what i printing on my 5 t-shirts. I drew it all out on monday and they told me to collect or next day after 5pm. Went there and they were not done. I called ALL day Wednesday to find out of complete first before i waste my time diving down there and they have not picked up the phone or replied to my e mails. I called from 9am repeatedly until 4pm......the phone has been engaged several times so i know they are using it but obviously just ignore shop calls. They also told me they charged me wrong and u need to pay another £20 which is disgusting because if a customer went back the next day and complained they were sort changed and need more money back they would never give it to them but they seem to think it's ok to ask for more money after i have left the shop.......Disgusting service. I will never use again
