  Room 16 was horrible to sleep in due to the course of banging noise coming from the staff office that they are getting in & out day and nights slamming of the door. we did make a complaint from the first night we arrived, staff did not bother to do anything about it. we did not have much sleep & wasn't a pleasent stay & also the room maid remove 2 of our side bed tables lamp without our knowledge & did not even replace any lamp not until we made a complaint about it that to us was very rude. Date the 27th to the 30th April 2018. We will never stay there again.

  It isnt too bad of a place if youre looking for something cheap , i cant say its the hotels fault but some people take advantage and smoke in non smoking rooms and it makes the rest smell rather bad...other than that the staff are very friendly and welcoming and the hotel isnt in a bad place its very close to a highstreet full of a wide range of shops , if i was in ilford i would probably stop there again.

  Good value for money but apart from that nothing else. Customer service was poor. Couldn't provide me with a parking space, very rude staff in general. Recommend if you are looking for somewhere to stay on the cheap. Would not recommend if you are looking for a place that show common curtiousy and actually provide you with any information with anything.

  Cranbrook is dated and needs an injection of cash to bring it up to date and make it less tired. However it was clean, comfortable and the staff were lovely. Really reasonably priced and free parking. Would return and recommend.

  Simple effective accommodation. Very tired and worn but for the price Inc breakfast I can't really complain.
