  Great shoes there are 2 Crocket and jones in jermyn street the big one very bad service and stuck up staff didnt even come to help so i walked out and spent my money in the smaller one great staff and much better service

  Great service and beautiful shoes. One of the very few independent shoe makers who take the time to distinguish and describe their different lasts, and use those to help fit shoes. The shoes themselves are very finely made and very comfortable. Bought a pair of boots last time and they felt great in my feet from the start. Service is excellent: attentive and helpful. Worth every penny.

  This was my first time buying GYW shoes. Michael and Aleksandra were ever so friendly and made me feel at home. It was not only just me; the general atmosphere in the store was wonderful. It was a comfortable process of getting the best fit and learning more about shoes. Never felt the pressure to buy from them; their service was outstanding and they were insistent about getting the perfect fit for me. They definitely gained a customer for life.

  On my trip to London I made sure to visit here and purchase some new boots, and I must make mention that the service was 5 star. The staff were very easy to talk with and friendly. Service was brilliant overall and I left with a smile as I carried my new possessions out the door. A modest little shop for such a high quality shoemaker but as others have mentioned, it has a great ambience and is welcoming. Keep it up.
