  Very rude receptionist. It was my first visit there and I was greeted by an unprofessional receptionist who sat on her phone whilst talking to me. She left an impression that she was very uninterested in what I had to say. I was left waiting for half an hour and when I asked the receptionist how much longer I will have to wait she rudely replied " I don't have a clue, that's not my job to speak to the doctors, there's nothing I can do ." It's safe to say that was my first and last visit to that practice. I don't think people with no social skills should be working in direct contact with the customers/the patients. Definately not in medical field anyway - when the patients should be their priority.
