  I recently had the oportunity to drop in at CF glasgow and i was impressed with the facilities and the coaching staff. Sarah led an amazing wod and gave me essential tips in order to perfect my technique which led me to a PR over there They are second to none and i strongly recommend them if anyone is visiting Glasgow.   I attended today as a guest and was made to feel very welcome! Great gym, with the best equipment! The class was well structured and would easily suit anybody at any level! The coaches made sure everybodies technique was as good as it could be before throwing any weights around. Thoroughly enjoyed! Next time I'm in Glasgow, I'll be back 🏋

  On a recent trip home to Glasgow from Toronto, I reached out to the folks at CrossFit Glasgow to see if I could join them for a WoD. I went in for a workout tonight and was the only person there but Alex put me through my paces. Great location. Excellent facilities. And I appreciated Alex’s guidance. Hope to fit in one more session before I head home.

  Dropped in for a holiday open session. Really friendly staff and atmosphere. Love the box in the two arches, great having separate spaces to train in while classes are on. Will be back, cheers
