  Great hotel with good staff located 5 minutes by foot from the NEC and Genting Arena. The hotel has parking for £10 a day and a large car park. It’s situated on the edge of the lake and next to Resorts World where there are plenty of shops including some outlet stores and places to eat and a cinema. The rooms are ok, tired in places. We had an accessible room which would have been difficult to have a shower in if you were in a wheelchair. The hotel has a bar serving food and also a restaurant downstairs. The food in the bar is reasonably priced as are the drinks and the bar was open long after our gig had finished. Breakfast was included in our rate but even if you pay the extra for it it is worth it, probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve had in a long time.

  Convenient for the NEC. Rooms ok but a little worn around the edges. Staff friendly but check your bill as we were almost charged for breakfast that was included with the room. Speaking of breakfast.... The cooked breakfast was unimpressive, nothing terrible but I've had better in budget hotels. The layout of the breakfast items makes them look like irritable toddlers that have had an argument. Bread in one corner of the room, fruit in the opposite whilst coffee hides in the corner, the juices sit sulking right in the centre of the floor. There is just no flow, you dart back and forth like a drunk wasp trying to figure out where to go. Not what you need first thing!

  Very close and convenient to NEC and Genting Arena. Comfortable room with everything needed for an overnight stay. Breakfast was very nice and the staff attentive to any needs.

  Excellent rooms and hotel quality. The hotel is in a very easy to access central location just off the motorway. Food was good as was the service for both the evening and breakfast. Only downside was the AC in the room was louder than I liked and although there was a control box, it was disabled so could not change the temperature or turn it off. Very comfortable bed and a lovely deep bath.

  Great location, was right next to the arena and a small shopping centre. The view from our room was also very nice! Room was clean and the staff were wonderful. Would visit again if I was in town!
