  This is a great venue for any occasion. The staff are very friendly and will do all they can to help. The food is excellent too. It is a beautiful art deco building with many of its original features. Looking forward to shooting more weddings here.

  Beautiful hotel, plenty of parking spaces and very, very friendly and helpful reception staff. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable and big enough, my 6 year old loved hers! (we had a family room). The bathroom was very clean as well which is something very important for us. The breakfast was varied and the quality was of a very high standard. The pastries were amazing. We are a breakfast family and we were really pleased. This was our second time in a Crown Plaza (first time in Birmingham) and never fails to impress us.

  Had to wait a little while to check in as they had a party of people all wanting to check in. When I eventually got to the front they were very helpful and friendly. I got a little lost on my way to the room but one of the cleaners stopped to show me the way. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. I especially liked the little sprays they had to give you a good night's sleep. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Oh and the parking was free which is always a big bonus.

  We had a very nice stay here. The rooms were clean and spacious with comfy beds and the pillow spray left on the beds were a nice touch. We ate at the chinese restaurant in the hotel, food was top quality and with very friendly service. The breakfast in the morning was also decent. Would definitely recommend and happy to return.

  Location is a bit iffy, but it is of no concern once you are in the amazing hotel. The rooms are perfect. All plush and all your needs are provided for. The service from the staff was impeccable! Always so caring, sorting out every need you have. Amazing place would definitely go there again!
