::I stayed for 4 days at Crowne plaza. I have previously stayed in Crowne and Park plaza but the service was much better compare to this time. I thought the whole experience overall was very poor.

::Beautiful hotel. Contemporary style. Well worth visiting. Loved it so much going back again. The club lounge is great. The rooms are gorgeous and spacious.

::Pleasent stay here. Friendly check in, nice clean rooms, tasty breakfast at a reasonable price. We parked next to the hotel entrance for £13.50per night. The room looked over the back of the hotel and was very quiet. Very large bed, fridge, safe and all very clean. Would have preferred a shower instead of a bath with shower. Breakfast room was nicely decorated and the breakfast was very nice. Coffee was much better than the normal coffee we get. The hotel is a short walk from Hanger Lane underground and there are a few local restaurants and two pubs. Very impressed.

::Great crowne plaza experience in West London, well placed between Heathrow and Central London. Facilities and services are good, staff friendly and welcoming. Only drawback is the location on a busy roundabout, noisy and not too picturesque, otherwise, recommended!

::I am quite disappointed with this hotel, I stay in lots of different hotels around the UK and was looking forward to trying this one out, when we arrived staff were absolutely amazing, very welcoming asked if we needed anything etc, the room was average for a 4* the bedroom itself was clean but the bathroom had black hairs over the floor and in the bath, then we come to the coffee facilities in the room, I made me and my friend a cuppa opened the milk and it was cheese, every single one was out of date, now I did report this because if someone didn't notice this then they could get food poisoning, reception staff said to us thank you for telling us we will report it to housekeeping, not would you like replacements etc, then breakfast, we finally got coffee ☕, we went to get our fruit and yoghurt only to notice when going back to the table the the fruit is frozen together, the breakfast was £10pp and the choice is what you'd get in a two - three star, to be honest I wouldn't stay here again, for two nights was £275, I really don't think it's value for money. I have stayed in 3* hotels that have been much better.
