  Really nice experience, I had nothing to fault during my stay. Check in was simple and fast, then got to my room which was nice and large, and set up nicely. Are in restaurant there and service was very good, and the breakfast was fantastic and at a very good rate when included with the room! So overall very good!

  Good rooms and good service in a great location. I've just enjoyed a good meal and some drinks in the bar without feeling I've been overcharged for the privilege of eating in the hotel I'm going to sleep in. This hotel has nice rooms and is in a really good spot near hoe park and Barbican. Staff are very helpful and friendly. It has car parking, multi storey for normal sized cars and an exterior overflow for larger vehicles.

  I visited for afternoon tea with family and at first it was looking great. The views from the pent house were lovely. But from there the experience went down hill. The food was not to a high standard and the service was slow even though the restaurant was not busy. We had to wait nearly an hour for food! The variety was not the best and some of it was inedible. We paid a lot for this as it was a special occasion. Poor food and okay service. Not good for a well named establishment

  I requested for bath, I know it is not promised but it would be nice if you could do step ahead. Hotel really nice with professional and polite staff. Comfy bed, room big toilet size average but still good enough. Thank you
