  Poor attitude, wouldn't leave my car with them again, absolute jobs worth runs the place who thinks the sun shines out of his arse. So rude and un accomodating I have never know customer 'service' like it. The only reason we didn't say anything to him was because we had to leave our car with him . He also bragged to us when we returned that if his last Pick up of the day didn’t arrive by midnight he’d be leaving them to it. The poor guys flight had been delayed by 6hrs! service with a smile!

  £2 pounds per person both ways from and to car park, staff is good, they shut at midnight so ring them not any later than 11.40pm. Only 3 mins journey on their private mini van.

  FRAUD MEN !! I have never written a bad review in my life because I don’t believe in bad mouthing companies even if I have had a bad experience. BUT I have to share this, I beg you DO NOT book with this company!! It maybe a bit cheaper but it is not worth it. They are con men and frauds!! My car was there for the weekend last month and they cloned my car thob/key. Their plan I’m guessing is to leave it a few months come to my house and steal my car. They have cost me to get locks changed/ house keys cut and ford to investigate and remove added keys to my cars computer. The police have investigated but csl have no memory of me or replacing my key. They could have genuarly lost my keys and had to replace them, but I have a voice recording of the ‘manager’ denying all knowledge of losing them. So I’m guessing if they haven’t replaced them because they lost them it’s because they are cloning keys! Csl state they have great cctv cover, yet didn’t know how to work it when I asked to check where my car was parked. They are liars and con men!! My advice, book with maple manor. I’ve just left my car there this week and they were great! No £2 per person charge on the morning and some form of organisation as to where your keys go!

  So unprofessional, absolutely not responsible company!!! They scratched my car in this private parking, the staff give me wrong email address to complain!!! No body contact me yet, try to send the picture of the evidence and receipts of my payment to them they didn't respond... still waiting from two weeks!!! DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY DAMAGE THE CARS AND DISAPPEARED AFTER !!! All I have done is copy from a previous review... could not agree more!! Same problem, same non-service

  Absolutely fantastic service guys were amazing went out there way to drop us at the raddisson the day before we were due to check in and Lee in the office was very helpful and a great employee an asset to the company
