  Unclear on arrival, no obvious signage as to how to proceed, no formal reception arrangements. The scan was a nightmare, I don’t have a big head but the scanner rotated n crushed my head in the brace, very very painful. Surely there should be some checks done first?

  The whole visit was pleasant and very professional. Any questions I had were answered In a clearand unhurried manner. I felt quite at ease and well informed.

  Radiologist first class, Welcoming, polite and efficient. Location was awful A nightmare to find in the city centre on a one way system with nowhere to pull in or park except car parks. Entrance austere with no receptionist Chairs so low to the ground knees were under chin. Had to wait for radiologist to come down stairs to collect as key pad by door. Didn't know whether she knew I had arrived. Would not want to go again!!
