  Very happy with my Rustic Black & Gold Wedding ring made by Richard Harris... Great ring, great price and Fantastic customer service!!! On receiving the ring i realised that the size i requested was a bit too large, so i contacted Richard with my concern and was more than happy to re-size the ring for free... Great company, will be back in the future and would recommend to anyone wanting something special that you cannot find on the high street.

  So wonderful work ! ! Richard Harris answer quickly at all my questions before buying our rings for our Wedding day ! He help us to choose, and had put an additionnal size just for us, in his website!! So gentle and so pratical for us. He write beautiful caracters in the rings, and the parcel arrive in 2-3 weeks at home in France. He keep communication by mail, to let us know the preparation and all moment of the fabrication. We are so grateful and happy, everybody that see the rings tell us it's a beautiful quality and work. So, THANK YOU SO MUCH, for all, and we will think about you the 6 july ! Aurore and Jean-Michel

  We bought two white gold wedding rings which arrived promptly and beautifully made. We had ordered them both in 6mm, but upon receipt, the ladies one seemed too bulky for dainty female fingers. Richard speedily made a new 4mm one, exchanging it for the heavier one, and refunding the considerable difference in price. Absolutely first class product, and service.
