  Awful experience. Every sentence the sales man said was in an effort to sell me added extras. Couldn't find the stock room keys so I had to wait around for 10 minutes. Whilst I was waiting around I heard every other salesman trying to sell extras to the other poor people in the store. I eventually walked out without buying what I wanted. In the age of transparency and people not trusting big brands this is not the way to win favour with your customers. Never again! There were plenty of other places to buy from.

  Good quality products. Good service however don't expect to be in and out quickly !

  I gentleman named Ayman helped me with a camera today and I was very grateful with the details he gave me because I was not sure what camera to go for but he helped me and at the end I decided to go for the canon. Great and professional customer service and I will be coming back soon for more Christmas shopping.

  I had a pleasant experience in this store. I met Mr. Junior to help me to buy a TV insurance and he helped in a minutes. Thanks Junior !
