::I purchase an integrated fridge freezer and a Neff integrated oven we paid to have them installed. Fridge freezer was install and when it came to install the oven the guy wouldn't do it as there was two pieces of wood that were holding the microwave shelf above and they needed to be be trimmed to fit the oven. He left the new oven that was taken from packaging sitting on the kitchen floor and left and they had taken my old oven away. I call the company and explained the situation and I informed them I have no oven to use that evening they informed me they will try and return my old oven but they can't install it as its not new. I was very disappointed. My husband and son managed to install it. Beware if having appliances like this installed.

::Truly awful customer service. They were having an offer on which was a price match promise across a lot of websites which said at the bottom it included promotional prices and discounts too. I had to pull up their own website on my phone and show the inclusion of this to a memeber of staff and a manager after she said that she would have to get it checked and then without showing her manager this he confirmed what she had said. Eventually after showing the manager he agreed but the initial member of staff couldn't have shown any more disdain as she agreed the price. Then it only got worse as the delivery didn't come when promised and know-how said that there was nothing they could do as the date selected was the soonest. All in all a terrible experience and since then I haven't spent any more money in any of their stores or online which is the way I intend to keep it. Any future electrical purchases will most definitely be made elsewhere.

::Poor. Tried to order psu via click and collect. Got email saying ok. Went to pick up next day. Order had been cancelled by ‘security team’. Hadn’t let me know. Wouldn’t let me re order there and take demo unit (with them getting the new one). My bank said nothing wrong when rang them. Only way to find out what happened was 60 mins on hold (via two departments). Possible order post code typo by me? Advised to re order in store not online again nor with them there! Or do as I did, go somewhere else less completely useless...

::Good to see product in your hand to get an idea of build quality and easy to order online and pick up in the store which is nice but the prices aren't the best. Not bad if you can get one of their online deals. They basically sell every electronic item from computers to fridges.
