::Pushy, deceptive sales staff who try to trick you into buying needless extra services, recovery disks, insurance, anti-virus etc. and even try to put these extras through the till without you noticing when you clearly said NO several times. Liars and cheats with limited technical knowledge, avoid and buy online (cheaper) instead.

::Really disapointed. I politely asked one of your employees if I could get some help getting the tablet I wanted out of the locked cupboard, he didn't once look up and said "yeah that's fine". I walked away and stood with the tablets. For the next 10 minutes this employe stood at his work station trying to fix what looked like a sign onto the podium. In this time at least 4 other employees were huddled around the area aimlessly staring at the sign being fixed back into place. I work in retail and I understand every struggle there is to know about the industry, however if a customer politely asks for help and perhaps you are not able to offer assistance at the time maybe you should ask someone else to help. My boyfriend and I patiently waited for 10 minutes with I'm not joking 2 other customers in the whole store - no excuse that they were busy. We ended up walking off after this time and spent our money elsewhere. Not impressed. Will not be returning to this branch.

::I love this place. It's a great example of a good shop it's huge it's got everything you need and the staff are 9 out of 10 friendly and helpful. there's a Carphone Warehouse for any mobile phone contracts questions accessories. They have a huge stock of everything you can think of ranging from televisions and soundbars right through to household appliances. Great to just have a browse but also fantastic if you have an actual purchase in mind I need to find something specific. They're pretty easy with with discounts and they will price match and also they will honour online deals as well. I've always enjoyed my visits and I cannot recall one which has been negative. If you are looking for a place to go with a great selection and some great staff then this is the place to go. Do your own research a little bit in advance so you know what you talking about I know what you need to know and then you can help guide the staff so that you get the actual advice you want.

::Occasionally find a staff member who can give you genuine advice.With a little bit of research you will be more knowledgeable than the staff in store. They do have competitive prices and a large product range. J Lewis generally have longer guarantees on their electrical equipment

::If there was an option to leave a zero star review, I would! I went into store and ordered a new TV and Sound bar, I paid for it, to be told they did not have it in stock but could deliver it to me. As I am self employed and work everyday, I arranged for it to be delivered to me today, between 07.00am and 10.59am.. it's now 13.12pm and I'm still waiting! I called at 11.20am and was told a driver had rang in sick and they were behind, I was guaranteed my delivery would be with me within the hour. It's now 13.14pm and STILL NO DELIVERY!!!! £31 EXTRA! I've been charged for this early a.m timed Delivery!!!. At the time of my writing, I am listening to classical music with every 20 seconds a recorded voice saying "I'm sorry, all our agents are busy at the moment, we know you are waiting and will be with you as soon as possible!"... I've currently been on hold 27 minutes!!!! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM CURRYS EVER AGAIN!
